You must be a registered user and signed into your account to get started. Once you’re signed in, this button will allow you to specify a project.

What are shared projects?

A shared project means someone on your team has added you to a project. You must have the same company email domain to share projects. Once added, you can edit, copy, and collaborate on these projects.

How do I share a project?

Go to your project list and select the project you would like to share. Then, click the share icon within the blue header. For more information, please view this video. *You must have the same company email domain to share with colleagues and if you’ve registered with a public email domain sharing is not available.

If you are registered with a public email domain (e.g., Google, Yahoo, etc.), the sharing function is not available. Please re-register using a non-public email domain, such as your corporate email address.

Who can access my projects?

All projects are confidential. Only colleagues you’ve added or ‘shared’ your projects with can access them.

Can I send inSpec information with people outside of my company?

Yes, our email function allows you to send spec sheets and plumbing schedules to any individual, inside or outside of your company. These people do not need to have your company email domain, like the share function requires.

Why copy a project?

Projects can be copied for numerous locations or various clients. This will reduce duplicated efforts for projects with similar building types or product configurations.

How do I copy a project?

Go to your project list and select the project you would like to copy. Then, click the copy icon within the blue header. For more information, please view this video.
